If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return item(s) within 10 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.
We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
Please follow the return/exchange instructions below:
1) Email email@example.com with your Order No, Item No and reason for return. To exchange, include in this email what you would like in exchange.
2) Customer service will issue you an RN#.
3) Circle the item(s) you wish to return on your receipt and write the RN# at the bottom.
4) Ship the items and receipt form to the below address with any traceable shipping method. Please make sure your package is prepaid. Once we receive your package we’ll promptly exchange or refund items as you instruct. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
